Factory - Rebuild

After Relocating my current small house to a new ward and kind of forgetting that nothing transfers over (RIP) I rebuilt my original design with a few tweaks and, what i believe, are overall improvements to the previous build.

Build time: around 2 hours (due to liturally having to replace things from my previous build! not too long)
